Review Our experience with David was top notch from the beginning. We didnt initially have an agent, but found a house we wanted to see. I had been following him on Instagram (great social media presence) and he responded within 10 minutes that he could help us out. 15 minutes later we had an appointment to see the property the next day. Long story short, we didnt initially get the house. David was encouraging and assured us we were on the right path. He also put in the extra effort to include a letter about our family as well as a picture, which I thought was a great touch. We ended up with the house! David has always been extremely available and quick and respond to any texts or emails. He has kept us in the loop and always took the initiative to provide us with updates before we ever felt as though we needed to ask what was going on in the process. He coordinated all inspections and appointments on our behalf, which we really appreciate. We had a smooth closing and are now the proud owners of our new house!! As we were out of state buyers, David shouldered additional responsibilities in being our home scout and videographer. Review After buying or selling multiple houses in my history, David Tully is the best real estate agent I have worked with. Although he is young, he is experienced and also reaches out to his network to get helpful advice. Our bid was among 12 bids on the property we selected. We won the bid partly because of his and his organizations reputation. Our transaction was remote and he did a lot of extra legwork to push it through the complications that show up in most deals. In the end we negotiated thousands of dollars off the bid price. Also he is very easy to work with.

Review I found David through this website and had nothing to go on except for prior references that I saw here and elsewhere online. I have to say I feel very fortunate to have had David on my side throughout the process of identifying and purchasing a home in Reno. He had excellent local knowledge, quickly got a sense as to what the intangible feel I was looking for was, and directed me appropriately. He had a great sense of market value and negotiations, and basically handled all the due diligence himself in terms of tracking down zoning information, HOA regulations, inspections and facilitating my review. I handled almost all of this remotely from another state, actually spending only one day in Reno to see properties. David was immediately responsive via phone, text and email. Basically I won't even consider using another agent if I need to buy or sell anything in the vicinity in the future.

My husband and I met David at an open house right at the beginning of our home search, and ended up contacting him to see if he could help us find a home to purchase in the Reno area. We were first-time home buyers, living in the Bay Area, so we needed someone who had the experience, knowledge, and patience to walk us through this process. David consistently went above and beyond our expectations during the search for a home. We came to Reno to look at houses on short notice, and he was able to show us an impressive number of properties over 2 days. He quickly gained an understanding of what neighborhoods would suit us, what style of houses we would like, and we made an offer after only 2 days of looking. During escrow, he consistently provided us with updates, and would respond to every email within an hour at the most. He was so great with communication with the selling agent and lender, and he continuously advocated for us and our best interests. He scheduled inspections for us and attended them, as we were still living in the Bay Area and couldn't be there in person. David also has great referrals for other professionals throughout Reno, so I always knew I could turn to him. He truly made the closing process so easy and low stress!
