The photographs of our home were fabulous on line, netting us a lot of attention. When our house sold, (within an expected amount of time and a price range!) we learned that the process was far from over; there was still much to do and David walked us through all of it. He was easy to talk to and very laid back, not the least bit pushy. 2 months later I called from my summer home and asked him to list my house. That was on a Tuesday. He patiently walked me through all the electronic signing of documents. He staged the house and it was listed on Friday. Monday he called me with a very reasonable offer. Best experience I've ever had selling a house. He kept me updated every step of the way. I am so glad I entrusted my home sale to David - he is true professional.
