1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Get started right away, whether you want to buy next week or next year. It is never to early to start so that when you are ready you are prepared and make a great decision.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Do your research, find out if the agent is local to your market. How many listings they sold in the last 12 months and search for reviews on yelp and google.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Our team sold 250 homes in 2018 so we have worked with just about every type of client.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Smooth! We listed a home last month, received a full price cash offer. Inspection went well and closed on time. Our seller was updated throughout the entire process on what the next steps where.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was born into Real Estate. My parents have been brokers for 41 years. I am a 3rd generation Realtor.
