Dave is an unbelievable agent - and that's actually not a hyperbole: He combines his deep knowledge of home construction and DIY improvements, keen ability to conduct thorough research of the market, extremely personable and very personal approach, and an uncanny level of care and understanding of other's needs, and he delivers results.
