ZillowVERIFIED David was very helpful in finding me just the right home this past September. After losing a couple of homes because of this tough housing market and also being outbidded on a couple of offers, David was able to advise me and negotiate with the seller so I wouldn't have to deal with a bidding war. I ended up with a beautiful Villa in Delray Beach and I think David will be the right choice for you to help you find the right home.

ZillowVERIFIED My property was listed by this agent, 6 month later 0 written offers, One oral offer 40% off from asking price. We lower price on property 4 times. Communication is lucking ability to listen customer, he always full of excuses. I ask him to take my property of the market and he refuses. Keep saying I signed contract and he can do what ever he wish now. I spoke with his broker and broker saying maybe he should fire him but same time he did nothing to help this situation.

ZillowVERIFIED David was an excellent listing agent for our home! During the very slow holiday season, and during a very unstable pandemic in which there was worldwide quarantine, David was able to sell our home and help us purchase our dream home! David remained professional throughout our home selling and home buying experience, he answered EVERY countless, repetitive, and redundant question with professionalism, IMMEDIACY, and expertise. Every request was handled with ease. David has great contacts in the real estate business, including references for lenders, inspectors, title companies, home improvement companies, you name it and he can help or he can find someone responsible who will help with any of your needs. I have 0 complaints, only raving reviews. David has a passion for real estate and it is evident in his work ethic, consistency, and dependability. You will not be disappointed in your choice to make David Shiling your realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home is not an easy process, especially when you live in NYC and want to buy a house in Florida! Thankfully David made the process easy and stress free. We where not able to come to Florida due to work and David was able to video record the house fully and show us. David also has great negotiation skills, he negotiated the price to our satisfaction. I recommend David to anyone looking to purchase a home in Florida, and will eventually use David again to purchase an apartment for my parents.

ZillowVERIFIED I am a first time home buyer and was very nervous and uninformed about the home buying process. I told David what my needs were and he found me the perfect house in a great area. David was my Realtor and I was in my new home within one month from application to closing day, without a hitch. He answers every text and every phone call promptly. Its almost as if he is sitting right there waiting for your call. That was very important to me because I had a lot of questions. All my questions were answered for me in terms I understood, never rushed, always patient and with a smile. David was also able to negotiate closing costs for me that made cancelling my lease early worth it. I would give him more than 5 stars if it was possible. Thanks for all that you do David

ZillowVERIFIED David did a fantastic job for us!!! We were buying a property in Palm Beach FL. We live in South Carolina and everything was handled electronically. David put us in touch with everybody we needed and made the whole process painless. He responded immediately to all our questions and concerns. He has a delightful personality and was a pleasure to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone buying property in Palm Beach or nearby to give David a call! I promise you will not be sorry!!!

ZillowVERIFIED When we first met David Shiling, he explained that his job is more service than sales. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Joe would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Joe also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far.

ZillowVERIFIED From start to finish he was very responsive, kind, and a constant professional. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with David Shiling. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place and make the right choice. He is honest and hands-on and he really helped to take the pressure off of us. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be! Thanks David!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Oh I never give someone 5 stars across the board, but David deserves it. I would -- and will - recommend David in a heartbeat. He is super-responsive, and understands the needs of a buyer. A great negotiator, he can balance all the balls of a complex deal in the air at once, and never drops the ball. He thinks ahead. Smart as a whip, and always with a smile. Real estate can be stressful, and David is empathetic, clear and an excellent communicator. A native of PB County, he knows the communities well. He's hungry, so don't fear calling him if you're looking, thinking of looking, or not sure what you're looking for. I've dealt with many, and David is spot on..
