David was super attentive to our needs in finding a perfect new house for our growing family. After helping us negotiate a great deal on our dream home, he also managed to help us sell our old home on the first showing ! My wife was so relieved we sold the house so quickly as she didn't have to disturb our two babies with multiple showings. David is knowledgeable of the many neighborhoods in Boca and always made himself available to us whenever we needed him. Even if David was busy in meetings he managed to find a member of his team to show us listings we were interested in.

ZillowVERIFIED David Serle has got to be the most detailed oriented realtor providing service to the Boca Raton area. Right from when we met his experiance was evident and he was able to answer all our concerns and questions. Marketing is obviously one of his many strong points and we had interest right away. Because of some of the deficiencies in our house we experienced a long on the market time, but David was able to have a steady flow of potential buyers throughout this time. When we did get an offer it was from a very demanding buyer, and David negotiated a fair price and stayed on top of the whole process throughout. If I was asked to recommend the best realtor in the area it would be David without hesitation.

One of his great strengths is listening to what you are looking for and showing you options that fit it - and helping you stay the course if you start to stray. David always kept us up to date regarding new listings on the market as well as price reduced homes. We explained to David that we were only interested in seeing contemporary homes and he understood that and didn't waste our time showing us other styles. He was always on time for appointments and was very knowledgeable regarding the information about the home he was showing us. When we finally located something we liked, he helped us pursue it and continually contacted the seller regarding issues that we were concerned about until we had a deal.
