David was so great to work with! He helped so much, even with things I had no idea he could help us with. He made the process of getting our house ready for selling so much easier.

Dave Schwartz is the agent you want. He is knowledgeable, responsive and willing to go the extra step to assist you. My husband and I looked for two years with Dave. He continuously was looking for us, bringing us opportunities and being realistic when the pictures of houses didnt meet the expectation in real life. Even feeling the same frustration that we were when we hadnt found THE house; he was still proactive. Hes the reason I own my dream house. If you want an agent who is attentive, logical and fighting for you, pick Dave. I dont know who was more excited when we found our dream house, my husband and I or Dave. Thats the partnership you want! Ps He is also available through the buying process to answer any questions you may have (whether you think the question is dumb or not). Hes built an impressive network of inspectors, loan officers and lawyers. We used his recommended people and the process was smooth and stress free. I cant imagine the frustrations we would have encountered without his guidance. Very thankful for Dave and his skills. If you dont want to be stressed throughout your process, Dave is your agent and if youre lucky hell become your life long friend.

We worked with David for the purchase of our first home, selling of that home, and the purchase of our current home. David truly goes above and beyond for both selling and buying. He makes the process smooth and effortless for you. He is knowledgable and you can go to him with any questions you have. He keeps you updated and will always share his open and honest opinions (even if it means he needs to take you to more showings). It is truly a blessing to work with a real estate agent that you can trust will give you honest feedback about homes. We will never not work with David. Highly recommend!

I do not often leave reviews, unless I am beyond impressed. By chance I had called Dave about a listing he had to see if there were any open houses planned. He knew I was not ready to buy, but we met up and discussed the property at my home. He asked me to keep him in mind in the future, and asked for permission to contact me if he had anyone looking for a property like mine. I said of course, and didn't expect to ever hear from him again as I was not actively buying or selling. I would occassionally text him real eatate questions, and he would always answer even though I was not a client. Fast forward several months and he contacts me that he has a realtor friend with a client looking for something unique like my home, and wanted to know if they could see the property. They end up loving it, putting in an unexpectedly high offer, and just like that my house was sold. He saved me weeks of moving my three dogs in and out for showings, and having to keep three dogs in check for showroom condtions and all the aggravation that can go with it. He didn't ask me for a contract, there was no pushiness, nothing. Just a geniinely nice guy trying to help people. In a mad rush to find a house, I had several offers beat out from the crazy market and David never gave up. He was on point every step of the way, and really was able to keep me focused when I became discouraged and was ready to just buy anything that came along. Instead of just letting me do that, he found a perfect home not even on the market for me and got me a showing. The home checked everything on my list, and was just a great fit. No bidding war, no counter offers, a nice home by nice people. When we found out the sellers home build was delayed from COVID he found them a rental, and when that rental fell through he found them another. When my movers canceled on me last minute he found me new movers for less money that did an incredible job. He answered every crazy 10pm and 6am text I sent, never seemed annoyed, and took care of basically everything. Basically, he did the entire thing from start to finish and sold a house I didn't think I'd be able to sell for more than I had even hoped for. I have two very good friends that are realtors. Because of how great David was early on I went with him. Keep in mind I am an extremely picky guy (borderline downright annoying), who wasn't even thinking selling was a possibility, David went above and beyond. He wasnt worried about his bottom line, and it was clear he meant it. I would recommend him without hesitation and full confidence.

We recently closed on our first house thanks to the help and dedication from David. He made sure we were able to view any available homes that we were interested in. Although hes a busy man, he was only just a text, phone call or email away - communication is so important to us and he not only met but exceeded our expectations. For being first home buyers, the whole process seemed intimidating and complex, but he made sure to answer any questions we had and also directed us to the right contacts ultimately leading in closing before our target date. We couldnt be happier! Thank you so much, David!

David Schwartz was very professional and knowledgeable. He priced my parents house just right for the housing market and it sold in a day. I would recommend David to anyone. He always got right back to me if I left a message with any questions I might of had and helped mr through the sales process.

I am not one to write reviews but the Schwartz experience is something to tell your friends about. David always took the opportunity to go above and beyond my expectations - he even answered my call while he was at the gym. As the son of a contractor, my father and I would be most realtors worst nightmare as clients. We are very detailed and just look at properties in a different manner that digs into the bones of every house - so showings were not short. David was always up to the task and ready for whatever we brought to the table. He was enthusiastic to see what we thought of the next house -he even would help us crunch the numbers on renovation costs and brought in his local knowledge of the area to assist us in future value figures. David always brought a positive energy that was infectious to say the least and made every showing fun and entertaining. Davids drive and work ethic is impressive - he is willing to do whatever it takes to find you the home of your dreams. He makes what may seem like a daunting task much more manageable. If you are reading this and are looking for a realtor I would not look any further- David is my realtor for life! May the Schwartz be with you!

David did an outstanding job! Coming from out of state I was a bit nervous but David put me at ease, he was very attentive and answered any questions I had, he made time to meet last minute. While 30 years in the business I never imagined I would meet someone that made arrangements last minute and stayed later just to make sure everything was perfect. David is very honest and upfront, I ended up purchasing 3 properties with him and even recommended my family members who are looking to buy to go with David.

David was extremely helpful in helping us find a house. We where in a time crunch to find a house. David went above and beyond to help us. We found the perfect house in three days. We did not use David to sell our home because we had done a private sale. But I know that David is extremely motivated when it comes to helping his clients out. I highly recommend David.

David is very helpful, he always offers in anyway to help when it come to buying & selling. David was persistent with getting us into the home the very next day we sent him the listing. He helped us negotiate for things that need to be fixed. David was all around a pleasure to work with & was always available when I called With questions.

He did a good job of breaking down the ins and outs of buying a home in a way I could understand, as I had not been through the process before. He wasn't pushy and was willing to discuss drawbacks of different houses honestly, while also discussing the positive features of the houses. We looked at three terrific houses, and I had a hard time deciding on one because they all appealed to me. I never felt like he was steering me towards bad houses or rushing any decisions.
