David is an amazing Relator and very good at negotiating house price. He suggested minor improvements to our house that greatly improved house value for selling. He is always available and responds promptly to messages and phone calls. He was on top of things making sure escrow would close quickly. He also recommended movers, lender, and a realtor at another state to help us purchasing our new home. I definitely recommend him.
