Several years ago he sold my unit at Mystic at a record breaking price per sq foot. When trying to sell my current unit at Mystic I had listed it with 4 other agents with no luck, I contacted David again to help me and within a few weeks he sold my apartment. I should have used him first because it cost me plenty of money in HOA dues and I would recommend him again to all my friends because he is a total professional.

We heard that David was the king of Mystic pointe real estate, and i kept hearing this from multiple people before i decided to finally meet him. And when i did i knew this was the guy for the job. He knew details of the property and the entire area that most realtors didnt, and was very networked with all the happenings of the local market. He was very responsive from the start and ALWAYS TOOK MY CALL AND OR RESPONED VERY QUICKLY. Needless to say he sold my property within 3 months, given the market is hot now, but he made it happen at top dollar and maintained control of all facets of the transaction. Its not easy to find a good realtor here in South Florida who actually works and isnt flaky. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO LIST THEIR PROPERTY!
