ZillowVERIFIED Wow, we could not have been anymore satisfied with working with David on both finding a home and selling our house. I read a review when searching for a realtor that described him as being systemic in his approach to buying/selling homes and it really drew us to choosing him out of the many, many realtors in the area. That approach shined and proved to be very successful in the sale of our home and in landing our dream home. My partner and I cannot say enough good things about him!

David is hands/down the best realtor Ive ever worked with. Because of his great up-front work, knowledge of the marketplace, and very effective leveraging of on-line tools and resources, our house sold within hours of it being listed at above market price. He also worked effectively with us relative to how to address both inspection and appraisal issues that came up. David is an honest, up-front individual who works very hard and is extremely responsive 24/7. Would highly recommend him to any buyer or seller looking for a good realtor.

David provided exemplary counsel and service throughout the process! Based on his solid market intel and experience, we decided to remodel our lower level, update our master bath, and complete other updating as well. David provided excellent contractor referrals, which was very helpful! First day on the market, we had eight showings, and two offers for our full asking price! We strongly recommend David as a highly competent, caring and honest realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED David had several challenges in selling my home, as I lived out of the city. He impressed me by telling something about himself with the first phone call to see if he could be of help in listing my city home. I feel he was a God send for me in every way. He was always availabe to answer questions and walk me through each step. I would highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED David was the most responsive realtor I have ever dealt with. I received regular electronic updates on the performance of the listing as well as emails and calls from David to discuss how things were going and how to move forward. He followed up with leads and was able to determine the strength of potential buyers so I was able to make informed decisions about offers.

ZillowVERIFIED We found David through a referral and he went and beyond the call of duty. He detailed our options on what would be cost effective repairs for net gain on the sale of our home. Its always great to know you have an honest person helping you with the experience to back it up. Hes got a customer for life!

ZillowVERIFIED David St. Germain was our realtor during the down turn in the housing market. In spite of that he did an outstanding job of marketing our home. So that we would be helped in making our decisions, he consistently provided us with detailed data of prospective clients and listings of similar homes on the market. He thoroughly researched the market and had very creative strategies. Always very friendly, helpful and especially customer service oriented. He is incredibly trustworthy & responsible. We never had concerns nor feel worried about his handling of our property. We highly recommend David St Germain. You'll never be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED I could not have asked for a better first home purchase experience than I received from David. His extensive knowledge and experience in the changing market enabled me to stay one step ahead of others looking in the same area. I was not an easy client, for I was hard set on a specific neighborhood with almost no turnover rate, but David found me the perfect home. David is very honest, trustworthy, and out to make his client happy. I immediately referred him to several friends, and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer, I was so pleased that David took time to walk through the home buying process. He was helpful, informative, professional, and always willing to bend over backwards for me. He was amazing with keeping contact with me via email, fax and phone, and his response was always timely and helpful. His customized marketing plan was above and beyond the other agents. He assisted me with financing and successful close. He has strong negotiation skills in purchasing something listed above your pre-approval amount and negotiating the purchase price below your maximum.David went above and beyond in this sale and even after the sale and he has kept excellent contact with me. I recommend David for those first time home buyers that now I am relocating, I have hired David to list and sell my home.
