The buyer relentlessly renegotiated the terms of the sale, and nit-picked items on an "as-is" sale. One of the requests from the buyer was a few new screens and David even loaded the dirty screens in his SUV and got them repaired ASAP as we were already living in S Carolina, that is going the extra step. David's 30+ years of experience allowed a sense of sanity within the sales process, and we successfully closed on the proposed date.
