Dave started out by giving us a market assessment and a marketing plan for our house that included nearby comps and how he would sell our neighborhood, including an analysis of the local school districts, local parks and amenities as well as proximity to shopping and services. He spotlighted the highs of our home physically down to the last nut and bolt, and made a case for its value to the appraiser. I recently listed a house in Bedford with David Hart of Keller Williams. It was a pleasure to work with a professional with such attention to detail. David assisted us in every way guiding us in all aspects of the sale. From what repairs needed to be made, hiring a stager and a professional photographer (at his expense) all to make our property the most attractive it could be. He guided me in pricing the property and provided all of the data to confirm we were making the right pricing decision. Now for the best part, we listed the property on a Friday it was shown twice on Sunday and we wrote a contract the following Monday for only $1000 less than my asking price!!! In the current economy that is simply amazing, I had expected to sit on the house for months waiting for a buyer. David stayed engaged and helped us through a few hiccups with the title company but in the end everything went smoothly. If I had another house to sell Id certainly be calling David Hart.
