ZillowVERIFIED I was working with him for my home to find and closing. I was started almost 14 months, but when I started working with him for just 3 months, we found a nice home and closed very clean and soft. He is friendly and helped with his own suggestions while seeing homes.I am 100 % happy working with him, and I would suggest it to my friends also.

ZillowVERIFIED I found Dave by accident and it was a very happy one. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of realty. He is also extremely familiar with looking for areas in homes that need updating or improving. He is honest and not just looking to make money, but genuinely cares about finding a good home for his clients. He has local resources from other people he works with and he and everyone he referred us to is amazing at what they do. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or rent.

ZillowVERIFIED David was probably one of the easiest people to deal with on a weekly basis of looking for houses. Whether it was cancelling an appointment or scheduling one last minute he was ready to accommodate. As a first time home buyer of course I had numerous questions that David had no issues answering. The best think I could say about David is his ability to be personable. Over the 5 months or so we were in touch with him he really got to know us. He would send us properties that he knew we would be interested and withheld the ones that wouldn't be of interest. Quite frankly he made the tedious home buying process a breeze. I would have no issues recommending him for any home buying/selling needs. If he is still in the business when we're ready to sell, he will be the first person to get a phone call Thanks David!

ZillowVERIFIED I availed David's services to help me find a tenant for my property after hearing positive reviews about him from friends. My property was with another realtor and was not getting rented for a while. David was able to rent it out within a week, which makes us think very highly of him. He is the best realtor we know of in Schaumburg area and is very highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED David is a genuion pro! As a single mom who took a job out of state, away from family and in a place I've only traveled to for business he made our transition a millions time as eaiser! He took the time to listen, to understand my needs and within 3 places we found out current rental! He goes beyond the call of duty in excellence, promptness and professionalism. The peace of mind I had moving my 2 year old so far from everything he knew was given in knowing we had a great place to call home and now even 6 months into the lease I can not be more satisfied with the townhouse I rented! Great landlord and overall great experience! I plan to seek David in buying and would recommend again and again!

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to David when I decided to move to the Northwest suburbs. David was very knowledgeable about all the areas and schools. I have lived in Chicago all my life, but now I have two sons and Chicago is not the safest place to raise kids. Chicago does have beautiful real estate, but the public school systems suck, and I was tired of paying for private schools and high rent. So, to the burbs I went looking! David was so patient with me, I am very particular, some may say hard to please. David found us a very nice modern place with customs and I was sold. The leasing process was the easiest fastest process I've experience since renting. So, after I signed my lease David and I parted ways until I purchase right? No, the management company did so very illegal things to me and boys about two days later. I was so frustrated I decided to try and call David because at this point I thought I should just to look for another place. David to the rescue, and he did not have to do anything at this point his job was done. David had everything smoothed out for me by the next morning. I must say I will never deal with anyone else while leasing and when I'm ready to purchase David will handle that as well. David might as well welcome us to the family at this point, because he's stuck with us! Please if you're looking to relocate or just a new place look no further, David is your man.

ZillowVERIFIED disappointed and miss guided, had very bad experience buying a new home in Bartlett. Very unfortunate situation David said my kids school will be centennial school and its not. After I put the earnest money 2 weeks before closing the house was winterized and whole Hardwood floor was damaged and 2 months after closing roof leaked and new remodeld kitchen was damaged.I will never recommended Gary real estate to any one.

ZillowVERIFIED David is an exceptional and honest person. I had found him on Zillow based off his excellent portfolio and was impressed with his professionalism. As a first time home seeker, I was fortunate enough to have David's expertise by my side. He was very patient and addressed each of our concerns and needs. He tried his best to personalize our searches and has a lot of knowledge. He has a sixth sense in pointing out hidden disadvantages about properties - which helped us greatly. I had very limited knowledge going in about home searching and David was an excellent resource in helping understand my needs. He also has a arsenal of connections from (bank lenders, home inspectors to contractors) which one can benefit from. I would highly recommend David for anyone looking to make their home search easy and successful.

ZillowVERIFIED David started working with me back in Oct. of 2013. I had a small budget and several other realtors blew me off when they realized I wasn't buying half million dollar houses! David stuck around, and for a long time! I can't say the exact number of houses we visited in between Oct. 2013 and Dec. 2014 but it was well over 50!!! We saw it all. Weekend searching, Sundays, Weds. nights, it didn't matter, and he would drive out even if it was just one house! Finally I found one I really liked, and he also knew it would be a great buy at the price. It was bank owned and he stuck with me and talked me thru the entire process (we had a terrible listing agent on the REO too, and David managed that situation as well!!!) I can't say enough great things about having David as your realtor. He knows Short Sale, Bank Owned, he knew the areas that we were looking at really well, and would always make time to show me a home! It took a year and a half, but he never gave up! professional and have a lot of real estate knowledge! Ill be using him to sell or rent my condo soon too!

ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure working with David. We were the first time home buyers in the market, and David was very responsive and patient in answering our questions and fears. He always made us feel that he was in our side and made the whole home buying experiencing less stressful and fun. He always armed us with all the information, provided timely updates and forewarned if he found/noted something while we were evaluating many properties and made sure the property met our requirements and budget. Additionally, he helped us in home inspection and attorney identification and engagement. He was always available for us, never put any pressure and provided a great home buying experience. I will highly recommend his service to anyone needing real estate help.

ZillowVERIFIED Dave is like your Friend, Philosopher and Guide (FPG), when it comes to help you in choosing "YOUR HOME". Dave with his knowledge, combined with his enthusiasm to get his clients the best home they deserve, comes with a package deal of information, analysis and advice. He also comes with a team of Finance Institution, inspection personnel, legal counsel etc which are needed during the whole process. My wife and I, being first time home buyers needed a lot of guidance and information. Dave gave it all what we needed to make a decision. He was very thorough in his inspection of the property while taking a walk thru and recommending for and against every item under consideration. Many a times, even when we were ready to go ahead and buy a property, he would recommend against it by giving us the exact reason.I would say he was more than a Realtor (as i mentioned he is a FPG). Recommend anyone looking to buy or rent a home to go to him.David.. you ROCK...

ZillowVERIFIED Dave was very helpful in finding us a house to our liking, he was also patient and did not rush us to our decision till we found something we liked . I would recommend him strongly if you were looking for a place. A year later David helped us buy our house and again was extremely professional. David never recommends schools and leaves that to the buyer as it is a personal decision. I would strongly recommend him for his services.

ZillowVERIFIED I can not praise Dave Rybicki enough. We decided to have him show us a few homes we found on Zillow because of his phenomenal reviews. We do NOT regret it! After unfortunately "firing/letting go" 2 other agents throughout the previous year, we finally worked with someone who truly cared about their clients and wanted what was in the client's best interest. He was always prepared with all the info we could need, was punctual, and patient. At times when we didn't know what we wanted ourselves (this is our first home) he walked us through the decision making process, going over pros and cons etc. He was always honest, even if it was something we didn't want to hear, which we could not appreciate more. Negotiating with the sellers was smooth but strong. He always got back to us immediately, sometimes even sending out requested info at 11pm. We were amazed with his dedication. I can say we have our dream home. It's got every single thing on our "list" and it's because of Dave. We can't thank him enough!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Dave helped me tremendously in finding a new tenant for my rental home. As an out-of-town landlord, I explained to Dave all that needed to be done in my absence. He listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions, and even provided me with a comparable listing if I wanted to try to sell it. He arrived promptly to the house, inspected it and provide me details on what needed to be done for posting it. Once those changes were made, he took great pictures of every room for a detailed posting. He replied to all emails/phone calls in a very short amount of time with very thorough information. I don't think he ever slept! The best part, he was able to find me a quality tenant in less than 3 weeks! Would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a real estate person !!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I are new to the area and came across Dave as we were seeking a place to rent. Right away, Dave was responsive, listened to our needs, was detail-oriented as to what we were looking for, knowledgeable about the area, and made himself readily available to us when it was time to start the hunt. We met with Dave on several locations to look at places, and each time, Dave was patient, able to answer questions, and never tried to push us into anything we were unsure of. At one point, we thought about buying a home, and Dave also took us through that process in the same manner before my husband and I deciding renting is what was best for us as we became acquainted with the area. After this, Dave actively continued to find us a place to rent. We would certainly recommend Dave to any of our friends, and we look forward to contacting him again in the future when it is time for us to buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We simply found David online while perusing the web for houses. He really turned out to be a blessing. We have a stellar history with landlords, but a less than stellar credit history. The perfect house we found for rent had some serious issues with renting to us, as they are owners who are first time landlords and were (rightfully) very afraid of getting involved with less than perfect renters. Their initial agreement was written in such a way as to 'scare us away'. It is really only with Dave's negotiation skills, patience, and market knowledge that he got us moved in quickly and with no pain. We and the landlord now have a great relationship, and if I continue to rent, and I do plan to for another few years, there is no way in hell I will use any other agent. Dave is wise, and does not get involved with tricks or stunts, and easily recognizes when something is out of adjustment. For that, I trust him. When the day comes to finally buy a house, I do not mind handing over a few points on commissions in order to let Dave handle the entire business. And I am a fiercely independent DIY'er - especially when it comes to my finances. I highly recommend Dave Rybicki if you are looking to rent, rent-out, buy, or sell.
