David has a unique ability to quickly assess both the structural quality of a property as well as the aesthetics. We felt very comfortable taking Davids recommendations as we looked at houses that on paper were beautiful, but had massive / expensive issues. As first time home buyers in a competitive market, there were several times David could have sold us a house that we would have not loved. You want to make sure you have the right team in your corner. Ultimately, we decide to go with the Russell Team because they are not interested in making a quick sale to earn $$$.
