I was referred to David by 2 of my family members that had used him and his team to help them sell and find new house. As a first time home buyer I wasn't too informed about how the whole process worked but David and his team walked my wife and I through the entire process. When we found house that we wanted to put bid on I feel that David was able to present and negotiate in a way to the listing agent that other agents wouldn't have taking the time to do. Simply put, David is an exceptional realtor. My wife and I started working with David during the height of the pandemic when the market was incredibly hot in Dallas. David has a unique ability to quickly assess both the structural quality of a property as well as the aesthetics. We felt very comfortable taking Davids recommendations as we looked at houses that on paper were beautiful, but had massive / expensive issues. As first time home buyers in a competitive market, there were several times David could have sold us a house that we would have not loved. Instead of taking advantage of the situation, David did the exact opposite, he encouraged us to walk when he knew the house had problems or wasnt perfect. He sacrificed his commission, for our long-term satisfaction. He is incredibly ethical. David worked with us for over a year and a half until we found the perfect home. He never pressured us and spent countless hours explaining the intricacies of the Dallas market. In fact, we became so close to David that he attended our baby shower.
