There are alot of realtors out there. Weve bought and sold 5 homes, and have worked with many. None compare to working with Angela and Rick Holt with Kindred Real Estate. They go above and beyond. We recently moved out of state ahead of selling our home, and they took care of everything that needed doing. Scheduled a ready team of top notch service providers to do all necessary fix-ups, painting, cleaning to prepare our house for sale. What we appreciated the most was that they did not pressure us to make major updates and changes in order to sell our house. They make the best of your home. We were well informed of open houses, showings and buyer comments. Unfortunately housing prices were sliding, but they helped us negotiate a fair price we were in the end happy with. All through the process we knew wed picked the right realtor.

In the process of preparing to list my home, I attended a seminar hosted by Angela Cisco Holt at Kindred Realty Group. There was never any pressure to use them as my realtor after attending the seminar, but I was impressed with their approach and their commission structure. When I finally decided to list my home, Angela was my agent. We put the house on the market about 2 weeks before the market in the DFW area took and unexpected turn and few people were buying. However, while many neighbors were getting absolutely no showings, my home continued to get scheduled showings. Angela was there with me the entire way helping me evaluate some of the ridiculous offers that came from investors. She truly was a partner in the process. There were times we were not in agreement on some items, but SHE was the one reminding me, "I work for you. My job is to advise you, but you make the decisions that are right for you." Once we had a viable contract, she helped me find a rental place to move to short-term. It was a pleasure working with Angela and her entire team.

I met Angela and Rick several years ago when I was out in Texas visiting my son.
