ZillowVERIFIEDBuying a home for the first time independently is an intimidating process. I met, David Rose, through the viewing of a home he had listed. David was very respectful of both me and my mother who was along for the ride. David was very knowledgeable of the area in which I was looking to buy a home. He listened to my needs, payed close attention to the decorative style of home that I preferred and stayed within the price range I could afford. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. He moved at a pace which allowed me to feel confident that I would be in my new home at just the right time. Understanding my unique circumstances with a neurologically disabled husband, David stepped in and advocated for me. He accommodated my circumstances by making himself available to meet with both the inspector and appraiser of the home I was purchasing, when I was not in the position to do so. I felt as though I had a brother who had my back. David was not willing to settle for conditions that may cause me a hardship in the future. Without a doubt, I will be calling David in the future for my real estate needs. I would gladly refer David to my family and friends knowing that I have every confidence in him to meet their needs. If you?re looking for a professional yet personal realtor that you can trust like a brother, David Rose, is your man. (Thanks Dave, you rock!)
