ZillowVERIFIED David Rogers did an incredible job as the seller of my home. Whenever there was an issue that needed to be fixed or the house needed to be made more attractive to the buyer he handled EVERYTHING PERFECTLY. Whatever the issue was he would always find someone to take care of the problem (he has someone on file for every possible situation) and get things resolved quickly so I didn't have to worry about it. What makes him even more amazing is that he did this during the covid pandemic! Thanks to him I was able to stay in the comfort of my home (which wasn't close to the house I was trying to sell) while he took care of all of the details. You can't imagine how much his help reduced my stress level.I couldn't even imagine someone better than David as the seller of my home. I will recommend him to anyone I know since I have no doubts that he will do an excellent job. He works hard to get people to see your home and goes way beyond the normal call of duty for a broker. He will keep you well informed about every detail of your home and even comfort you if you are stressed out about your home getting sold (which was especially important since my home was being sold during the pandemic). He is truly a wonder and I feel very lucky and blessed that I chose him as my broker.

ZillowVERIFIED David Rogers is a rock star! Not only did he list our house, but he also contracted all needed repairs and improvements. The work he did was exemplary, and, as a result, the day the house went on the market, there were six showings and six offers - all of them above the asking price. We closed within two weeks of listing. David really does good work, and I recommend him most highly.

ZillowVERIFIED David is one of the best and most knowledgeable professional realtors I have ever worked with. From day one he was so quick and responsive to any and all questions that I needed answers for. He not only sold my home very quickly he worked so hard to get buyers that would be interested in my house. He made what could have been a very difficult time seem more like an adventure. It was so effortless for me. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends. He is now someone that I call my realtor and my friend.

ZillowVERIFIED David is more than a realtor, he took the time to get to know us to understand our preferences and what we are looking for and trying to accomplish with our next major life decisions. He was always willing and able to meet us when we were looking for homes across a pretty large area - and in fact he helped us find our dream lot where we will attempt to build our dream home. In addition, he helped list and show our home in a way that minimized our involvement during the selling process - in fact, i'm know he spent a lot of time working with other realtors and offers in order to get us the best deal. He definitely put in the time to make it go well for us and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. You cannot go wrong with David!

ZillowVERIFIED David Rogers is awesome! He made buying our first home a piece of cake! He was there for us every time we needed anything! He knows the area very well! He was very patient with us (namely me) because I had a very specific vision for our home and he helped us find the perfect one! He helped us to navigate the entire process from beginning to end. He connected us with other awesome people who also helped make the process easier. We prayed for the right people to help us through this stressful process and God sent us David! He made it as stress free as possible!! We are very grateful!

ZillowVERIFIED The old saying"people come in to your life for a reason" is definitely true regarding David. I called David reguarding a rental property! David met me within the hour! While showing me the property we talked about why I wasn't buying a house! David referred me to one of his contacts! That contact called me within 30 minutes. Long story short, a month and a half later I was pre-qualified and now about to move into my new home! David touched base with me several times during this month and a half to ask if I had any questions and or concerns! The same day I was prequalified David started sending me homes to review we spent the next 3 days looking! David was so patient and I think he finally figured out my taste better than me! David never gave up, he kept looking! Remarkable Realtor!I really enjoyed working with David and so happy I asked to look at that rental property!

ZillowVERIFIED We tried to sell our house ourselves without any luck, but David was able to quickly get us a buyer. Unfortunately that deal fell through after some time but he had us a backup buyer who signed with us the very next day after it fell through. He also located us a great rent house to live in that is a half mile from we are building our next home. David worked hard for us and I would highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Not only has David, helped us find a rent house in the past but, he has now helped us purchase our first new home. David made the process for both as easy as they could possibly be. He is very knowledgeable not only with the area, but also with the way to get things done in the quickest manner. He helped us find and close on a house in less than a month and a half. David, is a no "BS" kind of guy. You wont get that feeling like you are being "swindled" every step of the way. I plan on buying and renovating more houses in the future. I assure you, I will be using, David, again to purchase, as well as to sell.
