This is the fourth house I have purchased, and my experience with the sale of my previous three homes was far from what I expected. It became clear that the real estate agents were primarily focused on their own profit rather than my needs. All three homes sold for less than I had initially suggested to the agents. Each agent pushed for a lower price, claiming it would help sell the house quickly. I reluctantly lowered my asking price, but still kept it higher than what they recommended.
