It became clear that the real estate agents were primarily focused on their own profit rather than my needs. All three homes sold for less than I had initially suggested to the agents. Each agent pushed for a lower price, claiming it would help sell the house quickly. I reluctantly lowered my asking price, but still kept it higher than what they recommended. He was very personable, knowledgeable, honest and good at communicating with us. He also went above and beyond for us. One way he did this was by driving to the property we were looking to buy, taking pictures and communicating with us about it because we live over an hour away from the area we were looking to buy and it wasnt always possible to get there when we needed to. He worked diligently for us (with a smile and great sense of humor I may add), and we are thankful to have worked with him!
