We bought our house a few years ago, and we had some specific needs for an in-law apartment and sufficient land for gardening but our budget at the time was a bit tight. David worked with us for weeks and actively monitored for houses that met our requirements and brought us out to quite a few properties before we found a perfect fit. He was extremely helpful during home viewings and inspections, he used to work some construction and has fantastic knowledge about red flags and things to look for "under the hood". During the buying process he was unbelievably available and helpful. We have lived in our house for a few years and it remains perfect for us, David really helped us with our first home purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED When my wife and I started our home search back in early 2019 we were looking for a realtor and ended up getting connected to Mike Lynch as a recommendation through Zillow. Within 5 minutes, Mike ended up reaching out to us and we immediately liked him.We must have looked at 15-20+ properties with Mike in multiple different areas in New England. I can imagine at times it must have been frustrating as my wife and I kept changing our minds on location and also ended up backing out of an offer on a home as there were concerns after the home inspection. But Mike was always willing to work with us and made sure we knew that this process was about us finding the right home and not about the business transaction at the end of it. He never made us feel pressured or tried to sell us on a home that we weren't interested in.Throughout the entire home buying process, Mike was always very open and honest with us whenever we had questions for him. Mike has a background in contracting and because of this is very knowledgeable with regard to most questions you might have, and if he doesn't know the answer, usually knows someone who would.Our experience with Mike was overwhelmingly positive and we continue to remain in touch from time to time. If we are ever in the market again, we wouldn't hesitate to use Mike as our buying or selling agent. ZillowVERIFIED When I first contacted David about purchasing a home he immediately began to ask me questions. Not about what I wanted to purchase or where but a "to do" list that I hadn't even thought of. There is more to buying a home than just looking and saying "that one!" There is a process and David helped me to understand and I felt much more comfortable in my decision process. David put me in touch with a very professional and experienced Loan Officer who assisted me in getting pre-approved for a loan and now David and I could start looking. He began by putting me on a link that I received almost daily through E-mail to new homes entering the market. From there I would either E-mail him or through text we would set up an appointment to go and view the homes that I thought would fit my needs and desires. He was always working around my schedule and worked later into the evenings and weekends to help me in my scheduling needs. I was looking for a "fixer-upper" and David was very helpful and even more knowledgeable on what he thought would make a good and smart purchase vs one that would have taken years and too much money to fix up.When we finally found the house I was looking for, he was more excited for me than I was. His enthusiasm and love for what he does was refreshing and gave me confidence in making an offer on the piece of property we found. He very carefully and professionally walked me through the offer process and did a fantastic job with the negotiations. There were more than one buyers looking at the property and our ask was the one they accepted. He then began to explain the closing process and again I felt much more comfortable and confident in the purchase.David went above and beyond what I thought a realtor would do to assist me in purchasing a home. ZillowVERIFIED You would be hard-pressed to find a real estate agent with better knowledge of the local market or one who is as diverse within the real estate profession. Perhaps even more importantly is his ability to connect with people of all types and give them honest advice. I would ask him "What would you do?" and he would logically break down his opinions which helped me make my biggest financial decision as a first time buyer. In hindsight the decisions I made were the right ones. In a nutshell, he's a likeable guy and NOT your typical fly-by, part-time agent.
