David Quale

Dave has been in the real estate business for the past five years and has also purchased, flipped, rented, and sold his own properties throughout Denver. This experience best serves his team's homebuyers, investors, sellers, and families before, during, and long after the sale. Prior to jumping into real estate full-time, Dave spent the first part of his career in the construction industry. Home flips and investment property have always come naturally to him because of this experience. Most recently, he spent his time leading a team of contract negotiators and relationship managers for an insurance tech company. Outside of real estate, you'll find Dave either snowboarding, hiking, climbing, running, or rafting - a true advocate for the active Denver way of life.
