David Powell was an incredible partner throughout our home-buying journey. His availability and work ethic were unmatchedaEUR"always responsive, always pushing to get things done. He took the time to truly listen, making thoughtful recommendations that aligned with our needs and gave us a real advantage as first-time buyers. His deep knowledge of Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado Counties helped us navigate the market with confidence. Most importantly, he made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. We couldnt be happier with our new home in Folsom, CA, and were grateful to have had David on our side. We could not have accomplished this without him!

David is amazing. From coming to my home to see how he could assist me with the sale of my home and giving me so much information and helping me understand the market to keeping in contact with me while traveling. Ultimately I did not sale my home but made a friend and some great stories! I say use him! He will not disappoint.

David was very helpful selling our dad's house following his passing. David had to travel 3 hours each way to hold an open house and to meet with inspectors and contractors. I highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of working with David Powell as my realtor, and I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service he provided. From start to finish, David demonstrated a high level of professionalism and competence. He was consistently punctual, ensuring that all appointments were met and that I received all necessary documents in a timely manner. One aspect that truly stood out was David's dedication to addressing my questions and concerns. He patiently took the time to review and explain every document I needed to sign, ensuring I fully understood the process. His expertise and knowledge in structuring an offer that would be accepted were invaluable. Thanks to his guidance, I submitted an offer that was accepted, making the home-buying process smooth and efficient. Communication with David was effortless. He was always prompt in responding to my text messages, which made the entire experience stress-free. His promptness and attentiveness truly made me feel valued as a client. Ultimately, I purchased the first home I viewed, and I attribute much of that success to David's expertise and guidance. I had the pleasure of meeting David at an open house. He is hard working, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable of the greater Sacramento area. He was able to answer all of the questions I had and also refer me to a lender to answer all of my lending questions. David will work tirelessly to get you into your next home. My first call will be to David whenever I am in the market again.

We worked with David Powell Real Estate for a home we purchased in July 2022. David was helpful, knowledgeable, and reliable throughout the buying process, and always had our best interest in mind. He understood our needs from the very first house tour even giving us ideas on how to better maximize our investment. David was always available to answer our questions and always amenable with his schedule to tour homes. We are so appreciative of his work ethic, resources, and network. Would work with David in the future again!

Out of all the realtors that have come into my life, David Powell is the best! His customer service is unparalleled. Ive never worked with anyone before who was more responsive, and who walked me through every step of the way, including helping to get my prequalification, which can be a hassle. David really listed to what I was looking for and did a lot of foot work so I didnt have to. I'm super busy, as we all are, and David genuinely saved me hours of my valuable time. Plus hes so fun and I had a blast working with him. Thanks for the great service, David!

David was amazing to work with from the start of the sell of our mobile home to buying of our real first home. David is patient, knowledgeable about the sale and buying process, and was very consistent in his communication through out the process. He even helped this buyer and seller remain positive during the process despite my anxiety, worry, and need to be in control. He remained positive, professional, and always accessible. He supported my husband and I in making our dream of owning a home reality! We will be referring him to all our friends and family!
