David first became a Licensed Real Estate Agent with a Prudential Commercial and Residential Brokerage in Louisville, Kentucky and Indiana in 2001. David became a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker in 2004. David received his Bachelors Degree from Indiana University and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky specializing in Management and Marketing.
