No matter which it is, by the end of the transaction there is always something missing. Whether that be politeness, follow through or just a general lack of the personal experience and trust that we wish we could have had. In this time, especially during the ever changing world of the covid-19 era, we are all missing what we have become accustomed to from our favorite businesses and our favorite people. David is everything you could need or want from a highly personal business. He has set the bar far above what you thought you needed or wanted from anyone, personally and professionally. He helped us sell our first home and he did it during a time when we all went from business as usual to the world we see today. Not only did he accomplish his goal, he did it with such precision, professionalism and grace that the entire process was as swift and painless as it could ever be. Now if he is capable of this under the extreme circumstances we faced such as law offices closing a week from our closing and the deeds office closing the day after our closing went through, imagine what he can do under normal, every (other) day circumstances. So if you are looking for an agent, a professional and a friend to help you with the terror and stress that is selling a house then look no further. He is the agent that every other agent should strive to be. When your home is sold and you are in your new home, unpacked and able to rest, you will realize what my wife and I have realized also...you could have never done it without him. We told him what and where and then came up to Asheville . We looked at several homes and found one. He was very good and went out of his way to do things. Very good with the negotiations. We wound up buying and now live here. We would highly recommended him and will use him again.

ZillowVERIFIED David Plyler is amazing! He deserves way more than five stars! He is first and foremost very kind and honest. He isn't flashy or overwhelming. He is a really good, quality person. We met several realtors through the years that are all pizzazz but no substance and he's the exact opposite. He is genuine, hardworking, funny, helpful (he even backed up my car down a long driveway when I couldn't and my husband wasn't there! He kept an eye on our kids so we could look closer at a home!), and he's just a really knowledgeable realtor. He knows the area really well, which is so important. I will recommend him to friends (and you reading this) for sure! My only regret is we ended up buying way out of his area, and he was honest enough to refer us. I genuinely wish he could've received the commission because he's THAT good. We adore David!
