Dave was easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable right away. The initial paperwork and open houses went smoothly. His regular photographer was unavailable, The young, cocky substitute, did an adequate - but not great - job on our house pictures. This was not Daves fault but still disappointing. Once we got a solid offer on our house the communication with Dave and his team seemed disjointed, often with duplicate requests and often last minute. Everything did work out but the process was more disorganized than necessary. Having recently worked with two other agents - one a buyers agent and one a sellers agent - I know this doesnt have to be the case. Still, Dave has great experience in the business plus Jung and office assistant, Anne, were easy to work with and always pleasant. In my husbands words - aEURoeI give him a B gradeaEUR?.

The seller and the seller's agent were a bit difficult to work with, but Dave managed to keep the process moving, always protected our best interest, and managed to clear every obstacle they threw our way. We closed on time and managed to get the home for a better price then we thought possible. I would strongly recommend Dave and Jung to anyone and I will use them again.
