ZillowVERIFIEDWe were so lucky to have David's help in finding our new house. We had a fantastic experience! David was fun, easy to work with and really knew his stuff especially when it came to little details we should be paying attention to when looking at homes. He was also incredibly responsive and professional throughout the whole process.

ZillowVERIFIED David showed us so many different areas of the home-buying process that we never wouldve found otherwise. From creative ways to request credits to making sure we looked at the right things during inspection and closing, he was extremely helpful in shining light on a process that can be somewhat of a black box, especially when doing it for the first time. Hes also extremely responsive and quick to act or provide guidance when challenges arise. Hes a genuine human and well definitely work with him again!

ZillowVERIFIED I've worked with David twice - when I bought my home five years ago and again recently - and I'd choose him every time. He knows the local market inside and out: pricing, what sells, what doesn't. He's incredibly handy and practically-minded, which was a huge plus especially during inspection when things could get complicated. When it came to negotiating, he was firmly in my corner without ever being aggressive - he has a natural ability to find solutions that work for everyone, which made the whole process so much smoother. What I appreciate most is that he genuinely listened to me, understood my situation, and did everything he could to make it work. Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED David did an outstanding job selling my home. I got multiple offers and some over asking price. David was flexible and responsive and went above and beyond the call of duty when the e-contracts software crashed and found a solution to every problem.

ZillowVERIFIED David helped me sell two condos in Denver. He went above and beyond what other realtors had done for me in the past in selling properties. I highly recommend him. He was at all times positive, professional and definitely an expert in his field. I had complete faith in him from the moment I first contacted him until when the properties closed. I would definitely use his services again.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend David Person to anyone in the housing the market. He's truly a professional and well experienced in all aspects of real estate. David helped me find a great property in the Denver Metro. During that process he worked with me to find just what I was looking for. After living in the home for a few years, I decided to sell. Once again I called David and he went to work. David really helped drive traffic to the property and we ended up receiving an offer in no time at all. I'm happy to have David Person as my Colorado Real Estate Professional and you will too!

ZillowVERIFIED We found David to be honest and very informative. He talked to us in detail about the pros and cons of different decisions along the way and let us decide what we wanted to do. In the end since we have never sold a home before we felt we could trust his professional opinion. He always answered all our questions no matter if it was evening, weekend,or holiday he always answered right away never an answering machine or message. We really appreciated that. Also he never thought any of our questions were silly or a pain to answer. He actually made it painless and a good experience. If we were younger and would ever sell again I would only hope we would be so fortunate to find someone as good as David Person.

ZillowVERIFIED David was a real pleasure to work with on the sale of our house. Any concerns or questions were addressed quickly and fully. His advice on improvements on the house before putting it on the market were very reasonable, and his knowledge of the Aurora housing market at the time was perfect. David had the house staged, and he wanted our feedback of the company he had do it. We have bought and sold 4 houses and I would have to say that working with David was our best experience of any of them.

ZillowVERIFIED David was there with us for the better part of a year as we searched for our home long distance. He was very helpful viewing homes and sending pictures while we lived across the country and pointed out key things on the property we should consider. David was very responsive and helped us negotiate a good price. We know who to call in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Being a first-time homebuyer we knew to come in just about what house we wanted. David was able to schedule us viewings immediately (we were the first to see the house we ended up choosing). Our lender, Wells Fargo, was extremely uncommunicative with us. David filled us in and made sure we were on pace to close on time.David was able to help us out on all aspects and was very quick to respond to emails and be available for us when we needed. Everything we wanted from our realtor! Great experience. Very down to earth person.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with David for three months looking for a home to buy. He helped me navigate the craziness of the Denver housing market. He was always willing to work around my hectic schedule to show me houses. When I finally settled on a house, he was open and honest about the process. Most importantly, he was willing to hear my crazy ideas and provide realistic feedback. Being a first time home buyer, he made it easy. Even when negotiating with a tough seller, he was able to secure me a credit at closing. I would highly recommend David, especially if you are a first-time buyer.

I have known and worked with Dave since April of 2013. I have not had personal experience with him selling or buying a home, but we have worked together on a professional level with many mutual clients. Dave has always showed great professionalism and really "goes to bat" for everyone that he works with. He is an excellent negotiator, and makes the process fun.

ZillowVERIFIED David was very professional, courteous and gave us good direction on the selling process with today's climate and what to expect with our situation.I would have liked to have seen more direct involvement in showing the house other than the open house, but given the "lock box" setup that's industry wide, that's a difficult expectation.David did a great job of marketing and putting the house on the market and we'd use him again if we ever have to sell property again.

ZillowVERIFIED David is a very experienced real estate professional and highly recommended. I started working with David in 2010 selling and purchasing a number of properties in Colorado. My properties were promptly listed with impeccable photos and marketing material. In October 2017, David assisted me with a closing for a family members home that went into probate court. We successfully closed in 30 days, thank you David!

ZillowVERIFIED I sold our family's Denver property with David. David had a strong handle on the comps, specific advice on minor changes to the property to improve "curb appeal" as well as an ongoing strategy as the market shifted a bit on us.Most importantly David brought a cash offer that was easily $15k better than where the other active properties against us ended up closing in the complex.I should also mention I am a broker in another state and have worked with hundreds of agents and can vouch that David is in the top 1% of Realtors.

ZillowVERIFIED David went beyond what other Realtors were going to provide to sell my home. When we first met he was prepared and ready to go over what my house was worth compared to comp's in the area. He gave great advice on how to price my house and also provided staging so that it gave my home a great warm, new feel that attracted many potential buyers. He was extremely responsive to my needs and time frame and got back to me right away. I sold my house in 3 days, even before we had an open house!! I would highly recommend him if you are in need of selling your home.

ZillowVERIFIED We listed the house with David Person, and that was the best thing we ever did in dealing with Real Estate. We lived out of state and worried very much how we were going to handle selling the house in Denver, CO. When we reached out to David, he was very positive and gave us detailed information about the house and how we could get the best value out of it as he provided us with very sound and knowledgeable recommendations. We decided to put trust in him and took his recommendations. He went out of his way to make sure things get done right. The house was under contract the next day he listed it and closed as scheduled. Thank you, David! We highly recommend him to anyone who needs to sell or buy house and find it for yourself how wonderful of realtor he is.

ZillowVERIFIED I am a single guy who travels a lot for work and I own a small company. I didn't have any immediate family in the area to help me. I had never sold a home before; David and I met at my home and reviewed the entire process. He answered all my questions and continued to be there for me through the entire process. He made him self available for me around my schedule, sadly most of this was really odd hours people don't like to keep but he was always happy to help and never made me feel bad for contacting him. He was always quick to respond via e-mail and text (my preferred method of communication), when I needed to speak to him on the phone he was quick to answer or return a call, normally within the hour. I could not be happier having used David. He got me over list price and helped me navigate the negotiating process with honesty and integrity. I do recommend David and his services everytime there's an opportunity and will continue to do so. I look forward to using David again in the future.Thank you David Person

ZillowVERIFIED David was extremely professional and punctual, consistently throughout the process of selling my home. He was always available and extremely easy to work with. David had my house sold as fast as you can sell a house and offered more services then any other realtors that I spoke to. I spoke to at least 15 different realtors. If I am ever in need of real estate services in Denver again I will definitely come back to David!

ZillowVERIFIED After having a string of really miserable realtor experiences, I cannot convey what a relief it was to have found Dave. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and a genuinely great guy to lead the process. His advice was sound, consistent, and well, lived up to my expectation that a realtor actually understood the market and had intelligence. I appreciated his setting up a showing on short notice, coming prepared with neighborhood comps, and his assessment of whom else would be interested. The offer, counter, and the amend/extend contracts were drama free. I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to negotiate the seller into paying for repairs arising from the inspection. He communicated well, and I truly appreciated that he always remembered to protect my interests as the buyer. He said up front that he would take care of me, and was true to his word.

All with a smile on his face and making the process fun! Many people had told me that I should expect the process to take many months because of today's market, but because of Dave, I was under contract the same day I saw the house and moved in 3 weeks later. ZillowVERIFIED We started with a different realtor and after meeting with David along with a few hours of viewing homes decided to give him the task of helping us find a home. Our particular challenge was that we were substantially downsizing, but still needed some specific items in the limited space and budget. We did exceed our original budget slightly to find the extra space required. David was on top of our expectations after our initial tour and we were able to find the perfect location within a short period of time. In addition David was in constant contact with us either via phone or email helping keep us posted on the progress of our negotiations and the subsequent inspection and closing. Thanks David!

ZillowVERIFIED David Person was an excellent agent to work with! From the moment we submitted our request for contact he was right on top of things. He contacted us very quickly to find out exactly what it was we needed. He promptly did a property analysis and sent us the information and scheduled a time that worked with us to meet at the property to walk through. David was honest with us regarding what he thought the property could sell for and gave us his opinion on a listing price. It was higher than both my wife and I thought we could get and he did not pressure us at all, he said the listing price was our decision. After a short talk with my wife we decided to take his advise and listed the property through him. There were a few items he recommended we take care of before it went on the market which we took care of very quickly. The listing went active on March 7th and was under contract by March 11th. The buyer ended up backing out but David reassured us it had nothing to do with the property and that the buyer just got cold feet. He was sure it would be back under contract soon and he was right, the listing when active again on March 21st and was back under contract the next day March 22nd. David did a good job of communicating the process as thing continued through to closing today. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.
