Dave walked me through the process of how "downstate" worked differently from "upstate". He ironed out some uncovered issues with the Building Department and had the contacts to resolve the issues. He rolled up his sleeves on several occasions helping me resolve several issues as an absentee owner from utility and tenant relations to meeting vendors and suppliers. He came highly recommended as his team had sold two neighboring properties and I am so glad I listened. He also recommended a great real estate attorney who he worked extremely well with. ZillowVERIFIED While Dave did the initial set up of our house, i.e. putting it on Zillow, etc, he worked in tandem with his brother Louis who actually brought our buyer to the home. As a result a lot time was spent with Louis, as well each step of the way as he came for the inspection, walk, through etc. They both answered our calls, and explained the process. In what I would think is a very tough to sell, we went to contact the week before Christmas! In addition, we had an offer just 3 weeks after posting our house. I can't speak enough of the Pastorini brothers, as we sold the house months ahead of schedule and are happily in our new home.

There were a number of buyers interested and Dave was able to narrow the list down to the ones most serious with the best chance of mortgage approval. Any calls I made to Dave or Lou were returned quickly. Both Lou and Dave were up front about the pros and cons of the house and I took their advice regarding the listing price. I was so happy that the whole process was completed in just under 3 months. I was not living in the area at the time and Dave was even willing to pick up the mail until the address change went through with the post office. Small things like that also make a difference.
