I decided that it also made sense for him to sell my current single-family home. Timing was crucial to sell and purchase and he was extremely responsive to this. He was always realistic in his communications, professional and kind. He went above and beyond the night I moved into my condo and I could not turn off one of the smoke detectors going off loudly because batteries needed replaced and I could not reach the high ceiling. He came over immediately in the evening, turned it off and went to purchase new batteries and returned to install them. I?ve worked with David on 3 home transactions. On the first he was the sellers? agent and when we hit a snag with the fire inspection calling for new washer dryer and the seller being unwilling to purchase, David and my agent split the cost and bought the washer dryer for me. On the second, I used David as my listing agent but I was attempting to sell and buy simultaneously and it didn?t come to together so I pulled the house off the market. David was totally understanding and supportive of this. The third time we actually sold the house, in 3 days for well over asking price. Right before the final walk through with the buyer before closing, one of toilets starting running. David fixed this for me HIMSELF. The listing process was simple and fast, the photography of my home used in the listing was gorgeous and the management of the entire home selling process was perfect. Hes cool, hes honest and he knows his business.

ZillowVERIFIED Dave Parsons and Ryan Miller helped select a sale price and had an offer in 2 days. The buyer wasnt always as responsive as he should have been, and that required more follow up. Ryan took care of all the required inspections and got the deal done on time. The only difficulties were VT real estate and tax laws, but everyone has problems with that and the lawyers could have done better there.

He was personable, knowledgeable about the market, motivated, pleasant to work with and kept us well informed of each step. We were doing this sale from out of the area. David, and his assistant Rebecca, connected us with local contractors to make necessary repairs, do painting and cleaning. All of the necessary inspections were scheduled, and reports were prompt. When we got an unually large water bill, David personally checked on the property for us. He even took time from his holiday trip near our home to meet us, and hand pass necessary paperwork.
