ReviewDavid did a fantastic job in all regards. He was much more professional than any other realtor that I have worked with in the past. I particularly appreciated the help that he provided in cleaning up and fixing the house before it went on the market. He made a quick assessment of what the house needed before it went on the market, and he offered excellent advice about what needed to be done. He knows a number of first-rate workers in the region, and he was able to secure their services very quickly. His photographs were excellent, and the advertisement that he put together was beautiful. He responded very quickly to all telephone calls and emails. David also knows the Ukiah region very well, and he has a good sense of property valuation in different areas. He also helped connect us with a realtor in the city which we well be moving to. I give him my highest possible level of recommendation.

Review David has been truly excellent from start to finish managing two difficult listings for our family. I found him on the Internet and had to work with him remotely from Chicago much of the time, interspersed with a couple of trips out to manage family details in person. Ours were difficult properties belonging to an older relative that had lots of details to sort out prior to listing.David and his group--with a special tip of the hat to Kim--were first rate in every category: responsive, knowledgeable, personable and honest. They had great local contacts with tradespeople and inspectors in the area, they knew the laws and the customs and I had sense that they were also respected by those they worked with behind the scenes. David was good with negotiations and I think genuinely concerned that all parties came away satisfied with the transactions. I would expect that you, like me, will feel that David is building his business for the long term, based on good will all around.David worked closely with the other professionals he had recommended that were required to get the properties researched for sale, present the properties through photos, manage the escrow, sort out the loan or cash details, get all of the endless documents signed, and close the deals. And, very importantly for us, he was absolutely first rate in taking advantage of all the software systems available in the modern world so we could handle almost everything over the secure Internet.I give David Palma the strongest recommendation. I've worked with a number of agents over the years, and David, along with the group he has gathered, are top of the list.

Review David helped me sell my 'fixer upper' house. It was on the low end of the price scale, but I was impressed of how David took charge. There were a few twists and turns along the way, but he knew what to do- from scheduling all the inspections to doing a photo shoot. He had answers to all my questions and I had quite a few questions as this was my first time selling a house. We had several offers in the first couple days and accepted the best offer within the first week of the house being on the market. David knows how to get it done and I would recommend him as a realtor.

Review Thomas helped us to identify the right property for us. We started out with a very broad search, looking for a lot or home anywhere between Cloverdale and Ukiah. Thomas was very reliable and accessible. He showed us a vast array of properties to be able to get a feel for the area, prices and options. Review I wish I could choose ten stars! Having David jump on board to sell our house was a great decision. This was not an easy situation, coming in to sell on the heels of a contentious divorce settlement - David had to deal with both parties individually and meet each of our needs. In addition, he had to deal with two lawyers- (so double the work), yet David went out of his way to satisfy me and the other party to help us get our property "market ready" for sale, with the needed improvements. The repairs and maintenance were timely, efficient, and reasonably priced. The house was picture perfect and very professionally marketed- and, the house was listed at the perfect time. Once on the market we immediately got an offer slightly under asking price that we declined, and then COVID19 hit and I was all but sure we would have to take it off the market. Imagine how happy I was when I got the call only one night after the SIP order - that we were offered full price with a 21 day close! From then on it went so smoothly - I hardly thought about it. Yesterday when our house closed - I was elated. Not only for the great service - but for David helping me to close a chapter I've long wanted to close! I highly recommend David Palma for your realtor needs. Huge Thanks!!!!

Review Dealing with David and Shawn was very pleasing. I first contacted David months before purchasing a home. My wife and I wanted to look but knew we were half a year away before buying a home. Well a quarter goes by so i contacted David once again. He immediately told Shawn our soon to be realtor what homes we wanted to look into. Shawn showed us 6 homes in 1 weekend. David already provided an home inspection on one of those homes and briefly talked to me about it. Well my wife and I choose our home put an offer in 3 days later. With David and Shawn's advice our offer was accepted. David took major lead on looking out for us and the sellers. They did such a great job for a 21 day escrow.

Review We originally contacted several agents in the area to discuss the sale of our property. We wanted to make sure we found the right agent that would accommodate oury attention to detail. David Palma was very responsive and informative from the get go. He addressed all our questions and concerns. David went over his marketing strategies along with his evaluation on the current market and substantiated an educated and detailed analysis of its value. We decided to work with David and his team because we knew we could trust his expertise. David did an outstanding job communicating with us throughout the entire process. We worked as a team as David schedule professional photography, and all pre-inspections of our home. He can explain more on his reasoning but it served us very well. We received several over asking price offers. Escrow had some hurdles we had to jump through and David was always there to get the job done. When David was in other appointments or couldnt respond to us promptly, his assistant Kimberlee was always right there at our beckoning call-very helpful. We are very pleased with our experience with Palma Properties. David is a true professional, gregarious and intelligent. Review I met David approximately one year ago after deciding to sell my rental in Ukiah. I initially wanted to speak to 3 realtors before making a decision then select from the 3. I met with David for 1/2 hour and decided he was the guy. I don't claim to be an expert regarding judging someones character but I do have 45 years experience working working in the behavioral health and developmental disabilities system. This includes acute psychiatric admissions to residential care. I definitely would consider referring David to others and have already done so.
