Stephanie is very knowledgeable of her area and beyond. Seemed to instantly know the essence of what I was looking for and insisted I view a property I had looked over on paper as a aEURoenoaEUR?. I had been searching for at least a year from an aEURoearmchairaEUR?. I begrudgingly went on her insistence and I couldnt be more happy I did. 6 months later, I'm convinced I found the best I could afford. I owe it to her for steering me correctly in the negotiations as well with a great final sales price too. All over, shes been a great help to me, even now, 6 months later as I'm needing contacts and info. I wish she could be my full time personal assistant in bringing my property along. David did a fantastic job in all regards. He was much more professional than any other realtor that I have worked with in the past. I particularly appreciated the help that he provided in cleaning up and fixing the house before it went on the market. He made a quick assessment of what the house needed before it went on the market, and he offered excellent advice about what needed to be done. He knows a number of first-rate workers in the region, and he was able to secure their services very quickly. His photographs were excellent, and the advertisement that he put together was beautiful. He responded very quickly to all telephone calls and emails. David also knows the Ukiah region very well, and he has a good sense of property valuation in different areas. He also helped connect us with a realtor in the city which we well be moving to. I give him my highest possible level of recommendation.
