Working as a husband and wife team; we relate well to the different perspectives of both males & females, whether its buying or selling your home.

We don't like to talk too much about ourselves, because our job is really about you. But here is a little synopsis of our backgrounds - individually and as a team:

David was a Realtor for 10 years back in the 1980's and he worked very hard to achieve his GRI (that is Graduate of the Realtor's Institute). He stayed in the industry as an investor and new home builder and then became a home inspector and an active Realtor again in 2003 which is when Judy started her career as a Realtor (having already been a real estate investor for 30+ years). Judy achieved her ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and then she and David earned their Broker licenses in 2006 and became the proud owners of a boutique-style brokerage in 2013 - Central New York Real Estate Group - The Concierge Realtors.

We specialize in selling lovely homes and in relocating folks to Central NY, which we consider, after traveling through every state in the US, one of the most beautiful areas in the country. Our Certified First Time Buyer Consultation is second to none in the industry.

On a personal note,we are a blended marriage and parents to 11 children and grandparents to 26 (and counting). Judy's daughter, Emily, was killed in a car accident in 1995 and we established Emily's Foundation in 1996, which absorbed the majority of our time for many years. We have a passion for saving and strengthening the marriages of couples who have gone through the loss of a child.
