But, David kept his cool and did everything he could to keep my stress level down. He was always professional and honest with me. He was like one-stop shopping which made the whole process easier to get through. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to David. He was available via text and email, which was extremely helpful while I was at work. He returned questions or concerns almost immediately. He had a great team including inspectors, attorneys and financing offices who made the buy go very smoothly. All of these people worked together and were great at communicating with each other and with me so that we were all on the same page throughout. Dave was truthful about everything, making suggestions and offering constructive criticism. I did not feel as if he was "just trying to make a sale".

He sold us our first home and the whole process went so smooth that we barely do anything. After 5 years we decided to move to Texas and David was happy to help us do so. We already left the place and David was there to take care of our place on our behalf. We even shoveled when it's snowed and did some painting for us in order to please the buyer.
