I paid 5% commission plus 3% towards closing cost and left most of the furniture with the house. This agent was threatening me of suing and accusing me of stealing a BBQ grill that I gave away to a friend and that was never part of the signed contract.

ZillowVERIFIED my house sold fast but not happy with the service it took 30 days to list it! i also told my agent my the in ceiling speakers would not convey with the house they were a gift for my company and very expensive, well he didn't had to give them back which cost me $1,200 dollars to replace. not happy would not used this company again!

Once I decided to sell, Colby and I sat and determined a listing price that was agreed to by me. From that moment, the office staff emailed me to detail the process. Paperwork was easy and done by email. Before my house was even listed, I had 3 offers. Two of those offers were $40,000 over my listing price. My house never needed a sign on my front lawn.
