ZillowVERIFIED we showed up in mesquite on a whim for 2 days...contacted dave because we were Interested in touring some homes...he made himself a available & showed us several homes....we bid on 2 homes, but lost....we went home to Oregon knowing we would be back.....3 days later we found a home online, called dave, he went to the home & zoom called us to tour...we submitted an offer..we are now homeowners in sun city mesquite..

My wife first found a listing online for a condo listed by David and we contacted him. His immediate response began a process of showing and allowing us to make an immediate offer on the condo listed. This was very important to my wife and me because our timeline for the transactional purchase was extremely limited. To be exact, we had to have everything, from the offer and counter offer to the closing, completed in less than 30 days. David and his staff were most expeditious in accomplishing this feat. From the first meeting with David and through the entire process, David gave us complete confidence in his abilities and knowledge as our real estate agent. My wife and I have had to work with other real estate agents during our lifetime and we have never been so impressed with them as we have been impressed with David. I have been in sales for over 30 years and never once did I feel like I was being 'sold' anything. He showed me houses that I wanted to see, pointed out the good points as well as the bad points. David knows all about the different communities as well as any HOAs that might be involved. He responded immediately to any questions I had. I felt he was there for me right up until the end.
