When I found one that I wanted he made the offer promptly, scheduled for a home inspection and appraisal. Then he helped paint and repair the home to pass inspection/appraisal. It took several months to work out the finances and he was thorough with his end of the paperwork.

We were working with another realtor before we met David and the comparison between them was night and day. With our old realtor she only wanted what she thought we wanted, never really listened to what we wanted, and we (as buyers) had to do all the work. We had to find all the houses, and we worked with her for over a year. With David, he is the opposite, he always cared about what we wanted, and only showed us houses we were interested in. When found us a house within a month and a half, and we are in the house now. With this being our 1st time buying a house, we highly recommend David, he made the process a whole lot easier and less stressful.

He was very polite, knowledgable and friendly. This was my first home so I had no idea how anything really worked with the home buying process. David was very helpful and referred a couple of different lenders for my mortgage as well as finding me my perfect home. He found several homes to look at in the area that I liked, and went with me to talk to a builder about the cost to build a home as opposed to buying something already built. We found the perfect choice for me and David had my offer in the next day, after a little negotiating on David's part with the seller we came to an agreement. David came along with me for the home inspection as well so I wouldn't be alone. I am all settled in my new house now and about a week after moving in David texted me to see how I was doing and see if I was settled in well. He was always available to respond to my calls, texts and emails. David is very efficient at his job, I had a truly enjoyable home buying experience working with David. I would highly reccomend him as a realtor if you are considering buying a home.
