Dave and Tristan are the best. We moved from the Bay Area to Granite Bay, they were referred by our real estate agent in the Bay Area so their reputation had preceded them. They were awesome, very knowledgeable, organized and they took care of everything - all the little things we wouldnt have thought of - they handled it. Our journey was a bit of a roller coaster, we started working with Dave and Tristan while we were still living temporarily abroad, it took us a few tries to get the right spot, but they worked so hard for us and got us the home that is right for us. Tristan and David listened patiently to all our concerns and consistently responded promptly and at length to our many queries. They went out of their way to accommodate our remote location in Texas, leading us on virtual tours and meeting with us on zoom. David traversed much of the Sacramento area on our behalf and helped us learn which neighborhoods were a good fit. While both agents were reassuring and confident, they were also very forthright about the negatives of each property and area. We genuinely feel their priority was finding the best fit for us. When we found our home the team helped us close the deal in a very competitive market and connected us with excellent contractors that got everything move-in ready.
