Dave did a very good job. He immediately reached out to me, gave me a brief summary of his experience, and said he would be happy to help me. He met with me, we toured the house, and he established an asking price. He was there to guide me through all the inspections, viewings, and filling out all the paperwork. The house sold in 3 weeks. He set up the borough inspectors and walked me through the process. Unfortunately he had a serious fall and was injured. Even after a severe injury, he kept in touch with me and answered all the questions I had for him via text. Just prior to settlement, his mother was put into hospice, and he made sure that one of his colleagues was there for the final inspection, and settlement. I was very grateful for his help, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home.
