He was engaged and receptive to all of our needs, wants, and desires in a new home for my husband and I, and our two sons. He proactively looked at properties coming soon to market and properties on the market. He went out to several properties for us when our schedules were tied up between work and taking care of our children. He went out with us to a TON of properties and spent so many hours with us during our search in our forever home. He was prompt in responding to any inquires or questions we had. He would send us disclosures on properties and also review the disclosures as well and reached out to properties sellers agent to clarify any confusing items so he had a full picture of the property to give us a full run down of our potential forever home. Matt is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market, potential repairs or enhancements on properties and he even has connections with contractors for various things such as painter, window replacement, stucco jobs, and the list goes on. He worked closely with us every step of the way. We dont plan to ever move again, but Matt would be the first person I call and will send my friends and family who are looking to move his direction. If you dont choose Matt as your realtor you are missing out on excellent quality service and potentially missing out on your next property/home.
