David began his career in real estate at age 19 (that's over 33 years ago) and has been a lifelong East Bay Area resident, including 50+ years in Castro Valley. As the Broker/Owner of Intero Real Estate Services in Castro Valley, David believes in giving back to the community through contributions and volunteer work. Systematic, honest, hardworking and caring, David's positive energy and years of focused experience and knowledge are a rare combination in the real estate industry David and his wife Lisa currently reside in Castro Valley and have 3 children: Matt, Adam and Kimberly.

MATT'S BIO
Matt has been active in real estate sales for over 11 years. He was born, raised and currently resides in Castro Valley. Matt graduated from Sonoma State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. After college, Matt returned to Castro Valley excited about starting his own career in real estate. Matt's dad, Dave, is a Broker with more than 35 years of experience in real estate.

Since 2007, Matt has committed to serving the needs of buyers and sellers throughout the East Bay. His approach to real estate is unique in that he prides himself on providing his clients with thorough, thoughtful and personal customer service to ensure the buying and selling process is smooth. Matt is known for his loyalty, professionalism and integrity. And his sense of humor helps make a sometimes stressful process more enjoyable!

Matt is personable, professional and understands the importance of fostering long-term relationships with his clients. He knows that his business depends upon the personal experiences of past clients which is evidenced by his business growth via referrals and repeat clients. He combines his passion for real estate with his knowledge of the market to offer the highest quality representation to his clients.

Matt is married to his high school sweetheart, Shannon, and is a proud dad of two young children, Lauren and Mason. When he is not helping people buy or sell homes, you can find him enjoying the outdoors with his family. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys golfing in his spare time. He also loves to cook and has developed a real talent for Kansas City-style smoked ribs and pulled pork.
