David did it for us, for full asking price.David showed us approximately one thousand houses over the spring and summer. His knowledge of the area and home construction was extensive, and his honesty and understanding of our family's needs was incredible and made us very comfortable with the process. He was responsive to our calls and texts. He was fun to work and never got sick of showing us houses.The seller we ended up buying from proved to be incredibly difficult to work with and not very reasonable or competent. However, David remained professional and navigated the offer, inspection, appraisal, and closing with the coolness of a jedi master. We ended the summer of house hunting in our dream house that we purchased at a price that was under our original budget.I would highly recommend David for anyone's Real Estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED David worked with us for months looking for our new home and always showed us the ones that were in the descriptions we gave him. He actually found the home we bought. There were no pictures and I was so worried after months of looking that it was not worth our time. He said to us, you really should go see this house, but it is your decision. We walked in and knew right away , it was the house. He worked very hard to show us houses on a weekly basis and emailed me each day with new ones to look at via computer. He even offered to help us move in if we needed him. I am thankful for him. The sweetest person and he made it less stressful for us. He even found our Inspector for us , who also was very good and experienced. David in my eyes is the best and we worked with 2 other Realtors before him and not such great experiences. We highly recommend him!
