The buyer on the one I sold was somewhat difficult to deal with however we were able to work through issues due to the excellent skills of Marly and David. Both have personal experience selling and buying homes having done many themselves. They know all the tricks some people might try to pull on an unsuspecting individual. They really look out for you! In buying my replacement home, they are very attuned to knowing what to look for in checking out a property. Again they know the games that can be played and they really look out for you as the buyer. If anything needs fixing they have excellent contacts with area professionals to attain bids and perform the work if deemed necessary. Wonderful people to work with!
