David Marcantuno

David is a full-time real estate professional in southern NJ. He is a member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors, NJ Board of Realtors, and the Burlington-Camden County & Gloucester-Salem County Board of Realtors, and has earned the Circle of Excellence Sales Award.

First introduced to the business by his Realtor parents, he began working in the office that they worked for in the mid-80's. After high school, Dave went to work for a family members general contracting business, learning all he could about building, renovating, and repairing houses, before becoming a firefighter and EMT, and eventually a paramedic. During his 20 years in Emergency Medical Services, he served as the paramedic union president, shop-steward, secretary/treasurer, and contract negotiator. After retiring from EMS, Dave returned to real estate, and is now a top-producing agent for Keller Williams. Based in Swedesboro, NJ, Dave specializes in residential sales throughout South Jersey.
