    David is a full-time real estate professional in southern NJ. He is a member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors, NJ Board of Realtors, and the Burlington-Camden County & Gloucester-Salem County Board of Realtors, and has earned the Circle of Excellence Sales Award. First introduced to the business by his Realtor parents, he began working in the office that they worked for in the mid-80's. After high school, Dave went to work for a family members general contracting business, learning all he could about building, renovating, and repairing houses, before becoming a firefighter and EMT, and eventually a paramedic. During his 20 years in Emergency Medical Services, he served as the paramedic union president, shop-steward, secretary/treasurer, and contract negotiator.     Tim was very knowledgable, patient, and flexible. Being a single mom and trying to schedule days and times to go see properties during a pandemic was not easy- but Tim always made time for me.     Dave took over after 6 months of no action on our house. Within a month we had real offers (full price I might add). He took care of every detail since we were not local. He couldn't have made it easier. He kept us abreast of everything going on and where we stood. When the corona virus hit, we were right in the middle of the sale. Dave went the extra mile to be sure he was available whenever a contractor or inspector needed to be there. I would highly recommend him and can't say enough good things about him.
