I listed some areas we liked, and David helped with local information. When we selected three houses for review, David was very helpful with my son, setting up showings for each of the three houses, and providing advice. Once we chose a house, David was quick to act with the seller's agent, and very helpful for me in negotiating and getting agreement on a price. Once agreement was reached, David provided a local Home Inspector and acted on our behalf to set up a suitable closing date, leading to a closing that went very smoothly. We told him what type of mortgage that we needed to do. He looked into everything immediately and found due to some of the prior history of that particular house, that we were unable to purchase through the type of mortgage we needed to do. My family and I found another house, that we fell in love with. We started the process to purchase this home. Then hurricane Ida hit, my family and I were very concerned about the house. David made it a point to check on my family and I during the aftermath of the hurricane and continued to work head over heels to make the purchase possible. David is the best agent I have ever dealt with. He is very knowledgeable and will do what ever it takes to make the purchase happen. After the sale of our house, Dave set us up to begin looking for new homes and to let him know what we liked so he could help us during out search. Dave made the search very easy and he was always accessible for any questions we had or advice. When we found our house Dave coordinated everything and did a fantastic job of just making everything as easy as possible for us. If I ever have to buy or sell again I would definitely talk to Dave first because he's just been so great to deal with over the past year for both buying and selling.
