Selling your family home is a life changing experience and finding a new one can seem daunting but David was able to deliver and in the time frame discussed. He was involved in every part of the process from the initial conversation to getting the keys for my new home. He did the market research to see what my house was worth and still managed to get way over asking price. I was on a very tight schedule to purchase due to a 1031 Exchange (which David also helped get) and was able to find the perfect property and keep within budget. He is very knowledgeable, patient and knows how to talk to the right people to help get things done right. I'm looking forward to my next project to work with David again.
