Both Lisa and David Flores are quick to respond to messages/emails even on weekends/after hours! We went out to see LOTS of homes. I can honestly say that I am a very picky customer and I am happy that I found realtors that could deal and understand my wants and needs. These guys are great and tons of fun :) Lisa is the sweetest person ever and David is up front and blunt which in times of indecisiveness is great to have! Thanks to both of you!! ZillowVERIFIED Lisa Flores was recommended by Homelight as a top seller. Made an appointment several days before our/her interview. On day of appointment, received a call stating that she was confirming our appointment at 12:00 pm. I texted back and said yes, will see you at 12:00. About 5 minutes before 12:00 pm someone from the company calls me to tell me that Lisa would not be in the area and would have to cancel our appointment. If this is the way Lisa conducts business, it's HORRIBLE!! Lisa, one thing that you should know.....if an appointment is made and is agreed upon, then you show up, that's the purpose of an appointment!!!

Be prepared to NOT be astressed!!! They will ask the neccessary questions that will help them make this process so much easier. When I say she has a team.... she has a TEAM!!! Lisa has her in house crew (let's just call them the Fantastic Flores Crew) !! Need a loan..... she has the perfect person!!! Need a yard person .... wait she has that too!!!! I not saying this because I previously knew her...NOOOOOOOO I DID NOT!!! I found her by reading reviews and THANK GOD I DID!!! It was only once when i thought i was walking away from the house of my dreams, but that was soooooo far from the truth!!! I FELL absolutely in LOVE with 1 house because of the floors, but because of my likes and dislikes list Lisa quickly recognized that and removed me from the house saying " It's only the beautiful floors that you like..... this house isn't exactly the style you like and I don't want you to make a decision based off of the floors!!???????? Well she was sooooooooo right!!! Once i actually paid attention to the home I realized this wasn't the home of my dreams... only the floors were!! (But it was beautiful). You can't go wrong with someone that is looking out for what you have always been dreaming of and just not how much they are going to make off of you!!! I'm going to be honest, I was super skeptical because my mom told me she found some random realtor on the internet and I figured it was another company who only cared about sales, so I didnt pay too much attention. I was waiting to tell her aEURoeI told you so, and give her my list of aEUR~POPULAR agents.aEUR? David was wonderful. We were in contract with a house that I knew wasnt our forever home, but more like something that was settled on and David was the main one advocating to terminate the contract because he couldnt see us aEURoein this homeaEUR?. At that moment, I realized David wasnt about sales, he was ALL ABOUT helping us find a forever home. The relationship we built was more of a friendship than a business relationship. We had multiple offers on our home before Lisa could even get the for sale sign up. The Flores Team are very strategic and organized in their operations. Lisa even shared how they prayed on the sale of my home, which is something extra they do for all of their listings. This meant so much to me, as it showed me she was personally invested in the sale of my own. I cant say enough about The Flores Team.
