We found a home whose seller wanted to move up the closing date by a couple of weeks, and David was extremely adept at providing insight and recommendations for services and professionals in the area to help us make everything run quickly and smoothly. Courteous, knowledgeable and professional but with a sense of humor, he also impressed our kids and my mother-in-law with his ability to answer questions or search for a solution to our queries. When it came time for needing a buyers agent, we knew exactly which of the 15 agents we had met that we wanted to call. We were first time home buyers and David couldnt have had more patience. Our first night after signing with him, he stayed with us until almost 9pm explaining the ins and outs of what we were about to do. Basically a personal aEUR~first time home buyers course. He always stopped to explain what was going on during the process as well. David took the time to get to know us and was able to cater to what we needed during our search and during the buying process. He answered every text, call or email almost immediately. David, however, was in regular contact with us as our home-buying window approached. He visited homes for us, sent detailed notes and photos, and understood our wants/concerns in a property. When it was then time for us to fly to Massachusetts to house hunt in person, David devoted an entire three day weekend to us and showed us a record breaking number of homes. ZillowVERIFIED David was extremely prompt when answering phone calls and emails. We were able to call him any time day or night and he responded immediately. His responsiveness eased the stress of the home buying process and helped assure us that everything was on schedule and was taken care of. He also went out of his way when we encountered an unexpected hurdle. It turned out that we were buying a home on a private road which became an issue with the VA loan which we were using. The VA required an agreement with the residents of the road and the town showing that the town maintained the road. David made a special trip to the town DPW and was able to have them to produce a document that they didn't have. David convinced them to painstakingly go through pages of petitions from the residents of the neighborhood to ensure that at least 60% (the VA requirement) of them had petitioned the town to take care of the road. Luckily, 68% of the residents had petitioned the town to do so and the VA standard was met. If it had not been for David putting forth the extra effort to get the documentation needed to qualify for our loan, the purchase of our home would have fallen through. David takes his job very seriously and is willing to go the extra mile to make it happen. We were extremely happy with the job he did for us. In addition to his work ethic, David was kind, courteous, and a pleasure to work with all around. He gets an A+ from us!!!
