If you want him to represent you when purchasing a home, whether it be from a builder or an existing home, David is not afraid or embarrassed to try and get you the lowest price. He will fight hard for you and represent you to the best of his abilities. He will study the market to see what the lowest possible prices are, then offer a few thousand below that! Most other Realtors do not negotiate like this.On the flipside... if you are selling a home, I have watched him battle with the other agents to get you the highest possible price! That is just David. He loves negotiating and "winning" the battle by getting the best deal for his clients. I am sure other agents hate him, but as long as he is on your side, you are sure to get a great deal!The same thing applies with rental properties. David is very familiar with the Houston markets and will do what it takes to find you the right home to rent and at a great price. He will take the time to drive you around showing you rental homes until he understands what you want and finds it for you. David will never stop until his job is done. He doesn't mind working on the weekends and hold open houses for his listings. This is something a lot of Realtors don't like to do anymore and David does this for his clients.
