ZillowVERIFIED David did a fantastic job selling my condo despite some difficulties along the way. He started with a detailed marketing plan, walking me through every step of the process. He set up an online calendar to track every step as it happened. This was especially helpful in keeping my neighbors up to date on what to expect with regard to open houses, inspections, etc. Every step of the process went off flawlessly as scheduled. He was able to recommend landscapers and a house cleaner to get my property in shape for the showings. His detailed knowledge of local market conditions helped set the right price to list the property to attract maximum interest. Finally, when the offers came in, he knew just how to negotiate with the prospective buyers to get them to distinguish their offers by bidding their best and highest. All in all, I was extremely pleased with the results and with David's professionalism. I can highly recommend David to anyone selling a property in the area!

To further complicate our process, one of us was living locally and one was out of state. David was our saving grace! If nothing else, David was a true expert in helping us to navigate the greater Boston real estate scene. David was immensely patient and so refreshingly honest, we knew we were in good hands! He was easily accessible and available to visit homes, or just to chat with us. He was our one stop shop during the whole sale process. He is patient, persuasive, supportive and methodical. The first time I saw the MLS listing , I went "wow"!!! I couldn't even believe that was our home! On the MLS listing it is a combination of perfect photographs and passionate yet precise descriptions. I bet he must have done a lot of pre-work to deliver such an outstanding listing. We saw 7 places in a blitz of 2 days. We were able to make a deal on one of them. David was unflappable, extremely professional, gave good advice about Arlington and in general, seems to know everything about town and everyone. He was extremely helpful, even until 10 at night one night. Once we closed, he continues to help us with referrals. We feel like David is our first friend in Arlington: he's amazing. We have had pretty good experiences with other agents in the past, but our experience with David was superlative and we could not have bought a place and closed in 6 weeks without him!
