Review We first worked with David in the summer of 2014 when he showed us the Eugene housing market while my husband was taking a few days from the Pacific Coast Trail. We didn't find a house that that time that we liked so planned to postpone the search until we had relocated to Eugene. We were in a few days of moving from San Antonio, when a house we liked came up on Zillow. David gave us an audio picture of the house while he walked though it, we made an offer, and purchased the house when we got to Eugene. We very confident in David's judgment and very grateful that we were able to work with him.

Review Hello, My name is Rhonda. I'm taking my time to write this for a wonderful Real Estate Agent because of all the burdens he personally took off of my back and shoulders. Buying a home and moving is stress full. David Was so on the ball with every request I had about the home I wanted to see. He made appointments twice for me to see the home and was quick at confirming the appointments. We had many bumps in the road with appraisals, going back and forth with the seller and so on. He never once missed keeping me informed and up to date on the status of the whole procedure. We hit a huge bump right at close with the bank I chose and I felt very overwhelmed. David immediately stepped in and knew of a bank that could meet the requirements for this property and got me going into the second starting stage! He was so confident in the whole procedure and assuring to me is why I would and do recommend him to anyone looking for a buyers or sellers agent. One more thing. I work 50 hours a week and I'm by myself, This is important to me that David was willing at a drop of a hat to meet me to sign papers, this also made things easier and less stress full!
