David Ladner has been in the business for over 10 years and has been the Broker/Owner of REMAX Harmony since June 2020. After being in the business for 7 years and consistently breaking records on a regional and national level for REMAX, David decided to take the giant leap to become a Broker/Owner of his own REMAX franchise in the Greater Boston / North Shore area. The name, REMAX Harmony, is representative of the way David and his team seamlessly practice proactive communication and best practices in order to consistently help their clients achieve their goals in a timely manner. David had been a Top Producer in Sales for REMAX Andrew Realty Services for his first 7 years in the business. Since 2015, David has repeatedly reached REMAX Platinum Sales and in 2018 he helped 38 families achieve their goals, which earned him national recognition by becoming one of the newest members of the REMAX Hall of Fame. He was awarded the prestigious Chairman's Club Award in 2018, 2019, and 2020, the Titan Club Team Award in 2021 and 2023, and the Diamond Club Team Award in 2022, 2024, and 2025. Since 2019, he has consistently ranked in the Top 1.5% of real estate professionals in America according to RealTrends Verified* rankings. Born in Boston and raised in Malden, MA, David has lived in eastern Massachusetts his whole life. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. In 2011, after working in the Retail Management industry for 7 years he decided to purchase an investment property to start earning passive income. He and his wife purchased their first home in Everett: a 4-Family home, where they lived in one unit and rented out the other three. Researching investment properties, going through the buying and negotiating stages, and starting renovations and repairs taught David many new skills. By going through this experience, he realized his passion for Real Estate.
