My husband and I had the privilege of working with David both in the purchasing of our new home and the selling our previous home. First working with David to look for our new home, David was professional, personable and accommodating. David excelled at collecting and listening to our feedback during this entire process. In doing so, each appointment was productive and ultimately lead us to finding our new home in record time. Once we placed a contract on the home, we closed in less than 30 days with his assistance. David really stepped up and stood out when helping us selling our previous home. To say that David went above and beyond in selling our home would be an understatement. Honestly words cant really express our gratitude for everything David did for us during the selling (and buying) process. ZillowVERIFIED When considering purchasing in Texas and moving from California, we used Zillow often to find properties we were interested in seeing. We visited Texas several times, and honestly some of the properties were rural and quite a distance from Tyler. David was the only realtor we contacted that would make the trip to these rural areas to show us properties. David was responsive to our needs, and our calls as we were trying to conduct the purchase of our new home in Tyler, Tx from California. We appreciated his knowledge of the area, and his knowledge of Texas real estate. I'm not sure how things would have turned out if we didn't use David.
