He helped me list my house at a really good price, and then stayed up until midnight the night before it went on the market, listing it on all the various internet sites. He was such a good help with the title company and my home owners association. As I was out of town during the sale, he even took care of my pool and checked on the landscaper. I received 3 offers on my beloved home the first morning it was for sale, and then he negotiated for full price. David is a dedicated and caring realtor and I highly recommend him!

We had worked with a few other realtors prior to finding David, and those realtors left us with a sour home buying experience. Mostly because they seemed to be inconvenienced by having to show us houses with our children present and not having a pre-qualification letter. Not only did our children not deter David, but he also treated us as legitimate buyers even before we had our pre-qualification letter. If you are looking for a wonderful home buying experience, I would HIGHLY recommend David. He sets the gold standard for which other realtors should strive to be like.
